The Quartier Hotel, located on Laurier Blvd, in Ste-Foy, has been through a rejuvination cure that has lasted almost one year, after which the property can now be defined as the latest incarnation of the Quebec City region's trendy hotel scene.

The Hotel has seen major renovation work, during which the property was restored and even embelished to the tune of almost $4 M.  The complete redecoration of all 140 guest rooms as well as all meeting rooms has been at the heart of the 2006 project.  In 2007, a further investment of $1 M will be injected in the renovation of the indoor pool and lobby of the Hotel.
