Roadmap

From Montréal (approx. 2 hours – 160 km – 99 miles): Highway 40 Est, exit 122 Joliette; Route 31 Nord (approx. 10 minutes); Route 131 Nord.

From Québec (approx. 3 hours – 315 km – 195 miles): Highway 40 Ouest, exit 144 Berthierville; Route 158 Ouest; Route 345 Nord; Route 131 Nord (it is also possible to continue on Highway 40 until the Joliette exit if you miss the exit or if you prefer driving on the highway instead of on a secondary road – if so, leaving Highway 40 (exit 122), take Highway 31 Nord (during approx. 10 minutes) and then Route 131 Nord).

In Saint-Félix-de-Valois, continue on Route 131 Nord (North). In Sainte-Émélie-de-l’Énergie, make a right at the Flashing Red Light, right in front of Auberge d’Émélie. Once you have turned, you will see an Esso Gaz Station on your left. In Saint-Michel-des-Saints, make a left on Chemin des Aulnaies (you will see a restaurant, le Pignon Rouge; its roof is red. It is before the RONA store (right), there is no STOP nor lights at that corner. A little farther, make a right on chemin Manawan - Manouane (on top of the hill). Continue until you see the blue Auberge du lac Taureau sign (approx. 7 km) and make a right on Chemin Baie du milieu. Follow this road for approximately 6 km and you will see the Auberge.
